Our read: Bearish (Oversold)
The reading is bearish but oversold. Price gapped below its 21, 50 and 100 EMAs and its 200-day average (near $341), RSI is 21.9 and the chart's MACD is below its signal. The report mixed strong growth (revenue up 25%, Cloud revenue up 103%) with an earnings miss, negative free cash flow and a warning that capex will rise significantly in 2027, and several analysts trimmed their targets today. Against that, consensus is still Strong Buy with a $419.92 average target, the forward P/E is about 20, and the broad market is firm, so this is a stock-specific reaction. The levels to watch are today's low near $280.36 and the 52-week low near $270.70 on the downside, and the 21 EMA near $331 on the upside (Wednesday's close was $324.89).
