Our read: Bearish (Bouncing)
The reading is bearish but bouncing. Price is below its 21, 50 and 100 EMAs and about 24% below its 200-day (near $57), RSI is a neutral-to-weak 44 and the chart's MACD line is below its signal. The report itself was soft: sales growth of 1.5%, a lowered full-year profit outlook and a fourth-quarter sales decline. Against that, consensus is still Buy with a $57.82 average target, the forward P/E is about 13, option premium is cheap (HV Rank 23%), and price recovered from a new 52-week low of $39.57 made earlier today. The levels to watch are today's low near $39.57 on the downside and the 21 EMA near $44.42, then the 50 EMA near $45.10 (Tuesday's close was $45.06), on the upside.
